Yes, all of our StonerBoxes are shipped discreetly in an unmarked box - this helps maintain your privacy to the up-most extent. We ship under our fulfillment company, RMJ Consultants, to maintain discreet shipping. Nowhere on the physical packaging itself (including the return address) there anything STONER related! We ship monthly boxes in accordance with order date and normally get delivered within 2 – 7 business days from the original order date. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 10 business days, please email us at CS@StonerBox.com

Due to local regulations we cannot ship to: Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington. You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully shipped to the destination State.

Returned to sender subscription box orders are subject to a reshipment fee reflecting the actual cost for us to ship the order from our North Carolina facility. Please email Help@Stonerbox.com so a customer support team member can email an invoice to the email address associated with the order. Once the invoice is paid, we’ll reship the box! If you decide to not reship the box, please let us know and we'll issue Stonerbox credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.

Yes, all month-to-month orders will renew automatically depending on the plan selected during sign up. YOU WILL get billed from the initial order date! You can easily manage your StonerBox subscription from your personal dealer account - please login to your dealer portal by clicking here. Please note that you may cancel at any time BUT if you've already been billed for the current month, you'll still receive this month's StonerBox and your cancellation will be effective for the next billing cycle. Monthly subscription Cut-offs are 7 days prior to your subscription date each month.

No, but, If you are only interested in receiving the StonerBox to try us out, all you have to do is cancel the subscription plan before the next billing date to avoid any unexpected charges. Yes! We have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on any unused products We have a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. As long as all products are returned unused and there is an image associated with any broken items, you’ll be refunded within 15 days. Or you may choose a replacement product. Any return request must be submitted within 30 days from date of receiving your order. If 30 days have lapsed, unfortunately, we can’t approve your return for any reason. Refunds for returns are limited to the product price and don’t include shipping and handling. Partial refunds cannot be applied to sales or items during promotional periods. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Used Hardware, Worn Apparel, Sale or discontinued items.

Most Stonerbox orders ship within 1 – 3 days and arrive within 2 – 7 days after leaving our warehouse.

All items are packed as safely as possible. We offer a free replacement for any glassware/bongs/dab rigs/etc. that arrive broken. We also replace any items missing from your box. Send pictures of your package and broken, unused glassware to CS@stonerbox.com within 7 days of a package’s arrival.

We also send out a newsletter every Friday that you can sign up for here. There are also banners posted and sliders that indicate when promotions are active. We cannot offer special pricing or discounts outside of the period or offer full or partial refunds to make up the difference for the sale.

If your card is declined when your order renews, we will try your card again every 6 days until the charge either goes through or reaches the maximum number of retries.
